Dr. Desmond Bell Endorses The Diabetic You

I want to thank you again for your part in coordinating our efforts with Charles and the crew. The trailer is very impressive and what Charles is creating is going to resonate and deliver a powerful message.

"I feel honored to have been invited to be a part of "The Diabetic You". As I mentioned to Charles, I would not wish the complications of diabetes on anyone. One of the truly frustrating aspects of diabetes from a physician standpoint is knowing that many of the terrible issues resulting from diabetes could be prevented through proactive behavior and education. People with diabetes are not resigned to catastrophic events, such as amputation, heart attack, and stroke, among others. However, the perceptions and even "candy-coating" of the impact of diabetes on individuals and society must be addressed. I only hope that "The Diabetic You" reaches many who may be suffering in silence, or who may be living in unnecessary fear due to second hand, outdated or general misinformation regarding diabetes.

Charles' insight into the world of diabetes via "The Diabetic You" will be a breakthrough event and a beacon in an area where so much ignorance and misunderstanding is prevalent. His work must not be ignored, and must reach a global audience, diabetic or not, to help prevent the international catastrophic impact that is impending, due to diabetes."
